Connect 2 bluetooth devices to one iPhone simultaneously

I have an iPhone 5C, and use it with bluetooth heart rate monitor (with bluetooth 4.0) for jogging. Now I am thinking to buy a set of sport bluetooth earphones (Meizu with bluetooth 4.0, if it matters), so I am not sure if I can use them both in the same time.

Is it possible?
